The SMART BELT DRIVE application, developed by Hutchinson Belt Drive Systems, now replaces Easy tension. Hutchinson Belt Drive Systems has initially designed the app to measure the frequency or the tension of your Hutchinson Belt (Flexonic®, Poly V, Conveyxonic®).

It now offers a complete toolbox for your belt drive systems.
You will benefit from a complete diagnosis that will allow you to obtain optimal performance in terms of general behaviour, energy efficiency and an extended service life of your transmission system.

This application includes:

  • Measuring the rotary speeds of your pulleys 
  • Measuring the frequency and tension of your belt 
  • Measuring the geometry and misalignment of your system 
  • Analyzing all these data to carry out a complete check-up of your belt drive system 

All of these tools allow you to:

  • Prevent and intervene on your transmission when something goes wrong 
  • Carry out preventive maintenance operations 
  • Control the energy efficiency of your transmission, allow energy savings and reduce your GHG emissions
